Senior Software Development Lead

Job Description

Lead the design and architecture of secure systems to meet evolving client business requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers.
Customize project functionalities based on client feedback and industry best practices.
Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing, and software design, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to drive development efficiency.
Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development process and proactively implement solutions.
Ensure smooth handover to support teams and provide guidance for post-deployment maintenance and optimization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6-8 years in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Required skill : Laravel, Nodejs, Vuejs, Reactjs, JAVA.
Familiarity with MVC frameworks and object-oriented programming.
Experience with OpenCart and WordPress customization is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
