Job Description
  • Lead the design and architecture of secure systems to meet evolving client business requirements.
  • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers.
    Customize project functionalities based on client feedback and industry best practices.
  • Implement and promote best practices in coding, testing, and software design, and champion the adoption of new tools and technologies to drive development efficiency.
  • Identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the development process and proactively implement solutions.
  • Ensure smooth handover to support teams and provide guidance for post-deployment maintenance and optimization.
Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6-8 years in software development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Required skill : Laravel, Nodejs, Vuejs, Reactjs, JAVA.
  • Familiarity with MVC frameworks and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience with OpenCart and WordPress customization is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
