Software QA Engineer (Internship)

Job Description

Learn and understand product requirements and features.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure high-quality software throughout the development lifecycle.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
Run and update re-test/regression testing processes to ensure that previously identified defects are fixed.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Candidate must possess at least or currently pursuing Diploma/Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve bugs efficiently.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and techniques.
Experience of working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.

Experience with API testing using tools like Postman.
Experience in mobile app testing.
Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
Knowledge of security testing techniques and tools.
Experience in writing user manual and perform workshop training after a project completion.
